How long is the turn around time for something?

We don't carry any inventory of our items because we like customizing our items for our clients. That being said, we typically can turn around items within two weeks of placing an order in addition to standard delivery times.

What are your delivery options?

Our delivery options are on the checkout page. However, for our Des Moines metro clients, we will offer personal delivery or pick up free of charge. 

 

What is your returns policy for custom items?

 

Custom items are not eligible for returns. DSM Foundry will send you multiple proofs throughout the design process before creating your custom item. However, we will replace any damaged or defective item due to shipping.

 

How do I return an item?

If it is a standard map or glassware, you have 15 days to request a refund or exchange.

Where do you get the data for your awesome maps? 

​

DSM Foundry is able to create maps thanks to  the Open Street Map contributors. These awesome peeps help to make map data available to all under the Open Data Commons Open Database License (ODbL).

Where do you find some of your awesome images? 

​

We design most of our own work, but we also get ideas from the online community.  Here is a list of all the great artists that have made their work available to the public.
